On 14th December 2021, the Department of Translation Studies of the Faculty of Arts, CPU in Nitra hosted an online guest lecture by Mgr. Natalia Rondzikova from the Institute of World Literature of the Slovak Academy of Sciences and the civic association DoSlov. Mgr. Rondziková lectured students of the course Translation of Fiction Texts 1 on practical aspects of fiction translation, such as current rates for fiction translation or what to be careful of when concluding contracts with publishing houses. At the end of the lecture there was a discussion during which students were free to ask questions.
