On 7th December 2022, the Department of Translation Studies of the Faculty of Arts, CPU in Nitra hosted a guest lecture by Mgr. Natalia Tyšš Rondziková from the Institute of World Literature of the Slovak Academy of Sciences and the civic association DoSlov. Mgr. Tyšš Rondziková lectured the students of the course Translation of Artistic Texts 1 on practical aspects of artistic translation such as current rates for artistic translation or what to watch out for when concluding contracts with publishing houses. At the end of the lecture there was a discussion during which students were free to ask questions.
